For Windows 7 and Vista, user have to follow the steps given below:-
Firstly you have to go on "start" button then "Control Panel" after that choose the "Backup and Restore" option then go on "Back up files". Now you have to choose the system back up to an external hard drive. If you do not have an external hard drive then use a DVD and store it in a safe place when done.
For Windows XP, user have to follow the steps given below:-
In this operating system firstly you have to go on "start" after that "all programs" then you have to select "accessories" after that "system tools" and finally "backup files".
